You’ll be guided through a clear, structured approach to training, nutrition, and mindset, so you’re no longer guessing what to do or wondering if it’s working.

As part of your enrollment, you’ll receive one free month inside the Rebellion Body app so you can get started right away and build momentum before the program officially begins.

Inside the program, you’ll receive:

  • Weekly coaching and support from Denise

Nutrition

  • Custom macros calculated by one of our Coaches which are tailored for your unique body and goals. The program includes your starting macros as well as monthly adjustments as needed (3 sets of macros in all). 
  • Education on all things macros included how to weigh, track and create meals / recipes as well as strategies on how to track when eating out.
  • By the end of the 12 weeks, you will have learned how to calculate and adjust your own macros so you have all the skills to make this a sustainable lifestyle.

Community

  • Vibrant Private Online Community where the Coaches will be answering questions, educating and creating an engaging environment to support your transformation goals...you will have 7 Coaches guiding your unique journey!! (NOTE all communication with your Coach will take place in a group setting in our community not through direct messaging)

Weight Training

  • Weekly 1x Per Week Live Group Zoom Calls with the entire Community hosted by Denise where we tackle all the topics related to Macros, Mindset and Weight Training. (All calls will be recorded in case you cannot be in attendance.)
