Strength Training

  • 5x week hypertrophy style weight training programming for Beginners (both Home and Gym) and Intermediate (both Home and Gym) designed to help you build lean muscle mass and strength.
  • All programs include instructional form video examples with me doing the exercises. 
  • A place to log your daily sets and reps for each workout.
  • New programs are added every four weeks so you can progress in your weight training journey and continue to build strength and confidence.
  • Additional programs also included; Upper Body Days, Lower Body Days and a Travel Program.  You get access to ALL of these programs with your subscription.

Nutrition

  • Video instructions from me outlining macros basics and strategies to help you gain confidence and competency tracking macros.
  • Topics to be covered to include:  what is a macro and how to track, using a macros app, weighing your food, staying on track, eating out strategies, using recipes, etc.  

Personal Guidance and Accountability

  • Weekly mindset talks by me to help support, inspire and guide you on your transformation journey (this content is exclusive to my app).
