Denise Kirtley
Denise has spent the better part of nearly three decades coaching people through significant life changes. This experience taught her that mindset work and knowledge are critical to successful, life-altering transformations.
She applied this insight and experience as she embarked on her own fitness transformation. In just over two years, she went from being sedentary and overweight to losing 50 pounds and becoming a competitive bodybuilder at age 52. Through her own fitness journey, Denise found not only herself again but her life’s purpose as well: Helping to change the narrative of decline in middle age by guiding Women to achieve their full potential through transformation.
She founded Rebellion Body to educate and empower Women to become the best version of themselves and to create a lifestyle that supports aging vibrantly and fully. In the year since starting Rebellion Body, she has guided and inspired thousands of women to thrive in midlife and beyond.
Denise and the Rebellion Body Method have been featured in publications such as Women’s Health and CEO Weekly, and she is a frequent guest on health-related podcasts. She is the winner of the 2024 Nutritional Coaching Institute Impact Award.

Alina Kelly
Alina knows exactly what it feels like to be stuck on the hamster wheel of fad diets because she lived it. Her own fitness journey began the moment she decided she was done chasing quick fixes and started asking a different question: what actually lasts?
What she discovered changed everything. Real, lasting transformation isn't about being all-in one week and burned out the next. It's about balance weaving nutrition and fitness together as a lifestyle, not a punishment. That shift in mindset became the foundation of everything she does.
As a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and macro queen with years of experience, Alina has made it her mission to help women break free from diet culture for good. She has a special passion for working with women who are ready to stop starting over and start building something sustainable and enjoyable.
“I know how it feels to look for the next quick fix and my mission is to help women find that perfect balance. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. You can create habits that replace the ones that don’t serve you.”
